The Music Creators and Composers guidelines and application form are included in one document. Applicants are advised to read the guidelines carefully before completing the application form. In addition to the written submission, applicants are required to submit audio support material as part of their application. The support material is a critical part of the submission. The recordings must be of good technical quality because the jury bases its assessment of artistic quality on the support material.
